Ordering & Shipping info
How do I place an order?
Simply add your products to the cart, complete your shipping information and payment at checkout, and you’re all set. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
Please note:
– Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will ship on Monday.
-Orders placed on Thursday may not always arrive by Friday due to courier volume and demand.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders overnight through Purolator or Canada Post, so most customers receive their package the next business day. If you live in a rural or remote area, delivery may take up to 2 days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is my order discreetly packaged?
Yes, all orders are packaged with complete discretion in mind. We line every parcel with a white mylar cover, and all products are securely vacuum-sealed to protect freshness and privacy. There is no branding or identifying information on the outside of the package.
Do you offer free shipping or order minimums?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders $400 or more. For orders under $400, a flat $20 shipping fee applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer, However we are actively looking into adding Credit Card, PayPal, and crypto as payment options in the future.
Can I mix and match strains for bulk orders?
Yes — you can mix and match strains and producers on bulk orders. When you purchase 4 or more live rosin jars, you’ll automatically receive a 12% discount on all jars. The same applies to flower: purchase 4 ounces, mix and match strains, and receive an automatic 12% discount across the entire flower order.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or delayed?
If your package arrives damaged, please email us right away with your order details and photos of the issue. We handle these situations case by case to make sure you’re taken care of. If your package is delayed, reach out to us and we’ll contact the carrier and investigate the status for you. Delays can happen occasionally, especially during peak seasons or weather events, but almost all packages do arrive safely.
Can I return or exchange products?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot.
